Is it possible to use WebEngage to redirect visitors based on their survey response?

This feature is currently work-in-progress. Till then, there are few workarounds:

  1. JavaScript API – You can make use of JavaScript API callback method (onSubmit). You get complete survey response data as a JavaScript object that can be used to find answer of specific questions. Based on the answers, visitor can be redirected to a desired page. An example of performing an action based on user response is documented here . An example of redirecting visitor to a specific URL on survey completion is documented here.
  2. Survey Branching – This is more of a workaround where in you create multiple “thank you” pages. Depending upon the answer, you use logical branching to show the right “thank you” page based on answers to previous questions. You can customize these “thank you” page to show simple message or with a URL link to take visitors to the desired page.
