In case, you intend to transfer the ownership of your WebEngage account to someone else, you don’t need to change your email id but you can transfer ownership of the WebEngage account by initiating “Transfer Ownership”. Go to account’s Settings » Administration and click on the “key” shaped icon (highlighted in the image below) corresponding to the administrator from whom ownership is getting transferred.
If you wish to change email associated with your personal login account, please go to your account, specify your new email and save the form. System will send you an activation email link in your new email box. Clicking on the link present in the email will change your email id in the system.
